Criterion A: Inquiring and Analyzing · Problem- Making bills in paper and giving to the costumer is painful because sometimes it can be lost by us or the costumers. By writing bills in a paper can waste lots of money because we did book to wright the bill and we have to buy book for so many times. If the product is not working and the costumers come to us, we did to ask the bill, if the costumer lost it then there would be a big problem and many costumer is not taking care of the bill. · Justifying the problem- I have choses this problem because I have seen many people losing the bill and because of that it would be problem for the seller. The seller can use excel to make bill and it can saved there for lifetime. There would not be a chance for losing the bill.
